Holbrook Commerce Park Building I was completed in October, 2009 consisting of 18,000 square feet of high bay warehouse/flex space. There are 12 garage doors that provide for full vehicle storage as well as 12 entry/exit doors for easy access. The existing clear height of the finished ceiling is 32 feet allowing for an additional mezzanine level for inventory and office use.
